    Re-piping consists of installing an entirely new system though your home or commercial building. Fixing the solution temporarily by replacing broken or cracked pipes with short sections will only lead to future leaks and more money out of your pocket. North County Plumbing & Drain Cleaning Inc. primarily uses PEX tubing as a lifelong solution to your re-piping needs, ultimately cutting down on cost from water damage repairs later on down the road.

    Older houses generally suffer from leaking, rusty pipes, low pressure and inconsistent water temperatures. After re-piping, your home is like new, enabling you to enjoy warm showers under clear water with great water pressure. Newer homes can also suffer from the need to re-pipe because of slab leaks caused by cracks or holes in the soft copper pipes installed when the slab was laid.     • Water flows more quietly through PEX tube, and the characteristic "water hammer" noise of copper pipe systems is virtually eliminated.
    • Installations cost less because PEX tubing is less expensive than copper pipe, less time is spent running pipe and installing fittings than with rigid pipe systems & installing fewer fittings reduces the chances for expensive callbacks.
